During the afternoon of Sunday, November 22, the TeleServe automated telephone system experienced technical difficulties that prohibited customers from certifying for weekly unemployment insurance payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you were unable to use TeleServe on Sunday afternoon, you may still certify for last week’s unemployment insurance benefits any day through Friday, November 27, from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. However, please note that TeleServe will be unavailable between 6:45 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. due to daily system maintenance.
