Post a Job

There are two ways to post jobs through the Department of Labor and Training:

 

     Post a job order directly into
EmployRI:

     Post a job order using our online form:


You must be a registered employer to post jobs to EmployRI. Click here for instructions on how to register as a new user in EmployRI.

To Post a Job in EmployRI:

  1. Log onto EmployRI

  2. Click Manage Jobs from the Quick Menu

  3. Click Create a New Job Order

  4. Enter the job title, select the occupation, and select the creation method for the job order; click Next

  5. Select job order Location and Contact

  6. Select and confirm the required skills

  7. Record job order details

  8. Click Save

    Once you create an existing job orders you can use it multiple times:
  1. Click the job order title to view and modify it (i.e., add interview question set).

  2. Click Copy to create a copy of the current job order.

The following form is available as a pdf or Word file. Please select one and complete as much of the form as possible.

Once you complete the form you can sent it to us by:

Printing it out using the Print Button button above
and faxing it to the Employer Service Unit at (401) 462-8722

or

Saving it to a file by using the Save Button button above and e-mailing it to your Business Service Rep


If you choose to fill out the pdf form, Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or greater is required to save the completed form to a file.
