Men almost twice as likely to hear from a media source, and more likely to hear from a co-worker Non-whites more likely to have heard from co-workers, whites more likely to have heard from family/friends

Total average Satisfied or Very Satisfied:  64.1%

Non-whites expressed the highest satisfaction across all questions except #5 (website 14 points higher than mean, clarity of instructions 9 points higher))

Ease of nav. Website:  male 61%
