Electronic Payment Card Program
To Avoid Fees When Using Your Card

1. Use Chase and Allpoint ATMs to avoid bank transaction fees and surcharges on withdrawals.

2. You may make one free ATM cash withdrawal transaction per benefit deposit at all Chase and Allpoint ATMs. Each transaction thereafter will cost $1.50.

3. Use Chase or VISA bank teller service (inside the bank) for one free cash withdrawal per deposit:

Withdraw the entire card balance
Withdraw large dollar amounts that exceed ATM withdrawal limits
Withdraw small dollar amounts not allowed at ATMs.

4. Use your card anywhere (retail stores) that accepts VISA debit cards instead of using cash.

5. Cash-back option: A point-of-sale withdrawal lets you withdraw money without having to pay surcharges and fees. Simply tell the store clerk you choose the cash-back option and enter your PIN; $0.25 charge per transaction.

6. If Chase ATM is not available, use Allpoint logo ATM's (found at most CVS stores) to avoid paying ATM surcharges.

7. Avoid using an ATM to perform balance inquiries, which cost $0.50 charge per transaction. Check your balance by calling Chase toll free at 1-866-847-8586 or on the Web site at www.myaccount.chase.com and keep track of your account balance.

Keep track of your account balance to avoid fees for "transactions denied for insufficient funds," which cost $1.00 charge per transaction.
