- Teleserve by phone: The Teleseve phone payment line is operational from 12:01 am Sunday morning to 5:30 am Monday morning. It is also operational weekedays between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm. and from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am. The phone number is (401) 462-9600.
- Teleserve online: Claimants can now certify for weekly payments online at https://teleserve.dlt.ri.gov. Visit our Teleserve web page for more information on this new option.
- Teleserve downtime: Teleserve is not available during Call Center business hours. Also, it is unavailable weekdays from 5:30 am to 7:00 am and 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm to allow for daily system processing.

- If you have a question regarding another state's
Unemployment Insurance program, you need to contact that state for information.
